Carried out by guides with knowledge of the Pantanal's flora and fauna, an opportunity to feel at one with nature. Our guides know the best way to admire the vegetation and spot animals in the safest way possible.
The ride takes place inside the São João farm (a typical Pantanal farm), passing through flooded areas, thickets, open fields, where you can see cattle grazing and other exotic animals. The most attractive point is the blue macaws, which in turn show their friendliness to visitors. These horses were introduced to the flooded plains over 200 years ago and have developed the ability to survive the 6-month flood, being able to graze with their noses underwater.
Due to this need, Pantanal horses are great swimmers, they are small, but active and intelligent.
The tour begins at the Miranda River and heads towards the Red River, where it is possible to observe the phenomenon of the meeting of the waters of the two rivers, making it possible to see the color of the waters of each river in a very distinct way. It is possible to see several animals, including birds, mammals and amphibians. We have a stop for a swim in the waters of the Red River.
As always the best part is saved for last, the magnificent sunset view of the river is simply mesmerizing.
In this section it is possible to enjoy very different landscapes: from mountains and fields, from streams to the Paraguay River, in addition to flood areas, always full of animals from the Pantanal fauna.
Carried out with vehicles appropriate for the tour and properly organized for the activity qualified in the Pantanal, with the possibility of seeing animals such as: capybaras, alligators, wild pigs, wolf cubs, deer, rheas, tuiuiús, coati, agouti, anteater, armadillo and many others.
Activity carried out with bamboo poles accompanied by a local guide, catch and release mode.
